Aging People/Aging Planet by Artists, Mary Lou Dauray and Orna Makleff is a model for the positive impact the arts have on mindfulness of personal healthcare from pediatrics to geriatrics as well as local and global community and earth stewardship.

Designed to be a traveling exhibition, Aging People/Aging Planet  presents Dauray’s stunning paintings reflecting on the various aspects of a powerful, raw nature.  Her semi-abstract work expresses a deep concern about global warming, climate change and pollution as well as anxiety about world-wide inequality and injustice. Orna Makleff’s work is inspired by the ocean—fierce, expansive, and vulnerable.  She paints an endangered part of our world with the intent that viewers will feel the power, the vulnerability and the human role in wise stewardship of both.
