artAngels is a San Francisco-based nonprofit (501c3) organization working to cultivate a community of "Art Angels" - individuals who give their time, money or expertise to the arts - and to channel that support to emerging artists and arts organizations in the Bay Area. San Francisco has a vibrant population of urban trendsetters who appreciate the arts, culture and creativity this city has to offer. At the same time, the Bay Area is home to many talented artists and arts organizations that lack sufficient marketing and development resources to reach potential new audiences and patrons. artAngels is bridging these communities - artists/arts organizations with audiences and patrons - to cultivate a new generation of art philanthropists in the Bay Area.
