Global Alliance for Arts and Health and USC IGM Art Gallery Members tour Veterans Home of West Los Angeles

Located in one of the most famous counties in the world, the beautiful, new Veterans Home of California – West Los Angeles is the largest Veterans Home of California in the County of Los Angeles. In a region renowned for abundant sunshine and beautiful year-round weather, the Veterans Home of California – West Los Angeles is just minutes from the scenic Pacific Ocean, historical Downtown Los Angeles, legendary Hollywood and the beautiful San Fernando Valley.

A first visit was conducted to the site by USC Institute for Genetic Medicine Art Gallery (USC IGM AG) Adviser, Vet and Global Alliance member, Reverend Bill Alexander, who toured the Site and attended a ceremony there with CalVet Home Board Members and residents.  A second visit with Global Alliance member Lynn Kable and her husband, Ned Kable, was arranged by Lynn Crandall, Global Alliance Member and Director of the USC IGM AG.  To see slide show of photos and see captions, click on the lead photo top right  of this page.
